The Notary's Office is located in Kłodzko, at Plac Władysława Jagiełły 6 / 1a (former "VITA" clinic), on the ground floor of the building, in the very center of the city (next to the Kłodzko Cultural Center and opposite the Polish Post building, at the roundabout).

Pursuant to the Act of February 14, 1991, Law on Notaries, a notary public is appointed to perform activities which the parties are obliged to or wish to notarize. Notarial activities performed by a notary public in accordance with the law are an official document.

Required documents

Fees
When performing notarial activities, the notary public collects:

court fee in accordance with the Act of 28 July 2005 on costs in civil cases

tax on civil law transactions in accordance with the Act of September 9, 2000 on tax on civil law transactions

inheritance and donation tax in accordance with the Act of July 28, 1983 on inheritance and donation tax
-
notary fee, the amount of which is regulated by the regulation of the Minister of Justice of June 28, 2004 on the maximum rates of notary fees
-
tax on goods and services in the amount of 23% of the notarial fee collected
